Renovations

Renovation is a chance to rethink how a space is used. We start with the existing building and your priorities to identify useful changes: layout, materials, finishes and furnishings. ArchDesign works on renovation projects for private clients and public bodies. Each project brings function and interior quality together, informed by the characteristics of the property. Our initial discussion covers the location, approximate size, objectives and available documents. The scope, planned activities and permit requirements are defined for each individual project.
